Natural Ways to Banish Bathroom Grime

One major frustration for any clean person is the grime found in the bathroom. One dirty culprit is the shower and the tub. Over the years body dirt can accumulate in the bottom of the tub and around the toilet bowl in rings. You muster as much elbow grease as you can but your strength is no match for the tub grime. Well I'm going to share with you a few of my favorite ways to banish bathroom grime and they are all natural as well!

Vinegar & Dawn Dish Washing Soap-This is magic wonder stuff for your bathtub! Just mix 12 ounces of white vinegar and 12 ounces of dawn in a spray bottle and voila! Spray your tub liberally and let the solution sit on the stains for three hours. After you let it sit, wipe off with a wet sponge. You can also use this solution on sinks, shower walls, and toilets. One bonus is that it doesn't emit any harsh fumes and it doesn't leave your hands dried out.

Vinegar & Baking Powder- The chemical reaction from these two makes those tough toilet stains come right up! Just sprinkle some baking powder on the stain and use one cup of white vinegar and it will banish not only stains but smells as well. This can be especially useful if you have young boys that are potty training or even teenager boys!

Baking Powder & Hydrogen Peroxide- If you have super bad grout in your shower wall tiles make a solution of baking powder and hydrogen peroxide and scrub with a brush.

Vinegar & Water: Good old vinegar and water can be used to clean any part of your bathroom. Just mix equal parts vinegar and water and spray your tub, toilet, and even your sink and mirrors. When cleaning mirrors with this solution be sure to use an old t-shirt or newspaper instead of paper towels.
